Our name is Medicare po Polsku®.
A family agency that speaks your parent's language, and yours.
Most Polish-American families first hit American Medicare the same way: through a grandmother, an aunt, or a parent who just turned 65 and suddenly got a letter from the government in English they couldn't fully read.
Picking a plan in a foreign language isn't just about vocabulary. It's the questions someone is too embarrassed to ask. The feeling that something isn't right but no one has the words to name it. A signature on a document no one walked them through.
That's why we built this agency. Someone had to explain Medicare in Polish, calmly, without pressure, and stay reachable long after the policy starts. That's what we do. We talk to your parent in Polish. We keep you in the loop in English. And we don't disappear after enrollment.
Robert & Jakub
I. The team
Robert Sobczak
Team LeadOver a decade advising Polish-speaking Chicago families on Medicare, ACA, and life insurance. Calm and patient, even in the hardest cases.
Jakub Słomczewski
Licensed Insurance AgentSecond-generation Polish-American, fluent in both languages, comfortable bridging the conversation between parents and their adult children. Often runs video consultations for families outside Chicago.
Janina Kudła
Client Services ManagerJanina is the first voice you'll hear when you call our office. She handles client outreach, schedules consultations, answers questions, and routes you to the right agent. When needed, she helps clients with carrier and government correspondence. Her knowledge and patience are priceless.
She's been with our team for over 11 years. Because of her, no client is ever left alone with a question.
Przemysław Patryk Dabala
Licensed Insurance AgentA physical therapist by training, he spent years caring for seniors and patients recovering from surgery. That's where he saw how much the right coverage means for a person's peace of mind. Now a licensed independent agent, he compares plans across many carriers and brings a medical, human perspective to every family.
Anna Wilczek
Licensed Insurance AgentFor five years she has helped retirement-age clients choose the right health plan, free of charge. She believes that turning 65 and picking a Medicare plan doesn't have to be difficult or stressful. She calmly explains the details and answers every question.
Our job isn't to sell a plan. It's an ongoing relationship, one that stays with the family long after the policy starts.
II. How we work
Communication, not marketing
We explain first, advise second. No pressure, no "deal of a lifetime," no manufactured urgency. When we don't know something, we say so.
We help after enrollment, not just before
Most of our work starts after the policy is signed, when bills arrive, plan letters come in, networks change. That's when we pick up the phone.
Polish, start to finish
Website, conversations, paperwork, after-hours support, all in Polish for your parent. They don't have to translate in their head.
Our help costs your family nothing
Agents are paid by the insurance carriers. You pay exactly the same as if your parent enrolled themselves, but with our help instead of alone.
